I generously gave 2 stars because the 2 guys that built my pool deck did a great job. Unfortunately, those guys quit the company. Communication is nonexistent. The city inspector asked them to do 2 things and so far they refuse and try to take every shortcut they can. It's going on 3 months for a little 10 x 14 deck. Maybe they're better on other projects, but I never had to deal with a company that doesn't want to make their happy. They did a great job rebuilding my deck! Guy was always quick to answer any questions. I will be calling them back to help with my next project for sure!

I used K&S to do a roof repair recently. They were willing to work with me to find a solution that was in my budget. They were a pleasure to work with, very professional and courteous. The workmanship was great and I'm very satisfied. Highly recommend.

The team at K&S is wonderful! They built out an amazing deck onto the house. The deck included two different staircases. They took the time to sand down all the railings and areas that would be frequently touched or rubbed against. They also pressure washed the entire deck when they finished!! Not only did they build the amazing deck but they also had it finished within a week! We also had ordered a new back door through them and wanted a doggie door added to it which they handled.
