The team at K&S is wonderful! They built out an amazing deck onto the house. The deck included two different staircases. They took the time to sand down all the railings and areas that would be frequently touched or rubbed against. They also pressure washed the entire deck when they finished!! Not only did they build the amazing deck but they also had it finished within a week! We also had ordered a new back door through them and wanted a doggie door added to it which they handled. We had them come out for a quote on our roof. Proceeded to ask about siding even though we didn't need or want siding. Went outside after he left to discover he pulled a peice of our siding back without informing us. He then proceeded to leave it without informing us he did anything.
