We purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey Touring from KS Cars Auto on December 6, 2025, with around 160,000 km on it. Joanna was one of the most reliable and genuine salespeople. 非常不负责任，买了不到一周发动机报警灯亮，不给修，说只保三大件，他也不会修，我自己换了氧传感器火花塞还是不行后来去了别的修车行，才知道是二缸高压线圈坏了，一次次骗我过去，还要收费，最后说过保了不管了，专门骗新移民，大家小心点吧。这个说法我也是后来听说的，后悔知道的晚了。二缸缺火，去他那里查了多少次都是氧传感器故障，要我换氧传感器，收费很高，我自己买了换上，过了一个月又报警，这次要我换火花塞，收费很高，我自己买了换的，过了一个月又报警，还是二缸缺火，一年后后来去了捷成修车行，人家一测就说二缸高压线圈坏了，与氧传感器和火花塞无关，240搞定。他们这是看了我的留言才知道是高压线圈的原因，开回来一周就报警，还这么多说辞，良心何安啊！！！还有一件事忘记说了，从买那天起我媳妇就说车里有汽油味，我鼻炎闻不到，经常换机油那个修车师傅也是个250，两年多居然没发现这个问题，还是捷成的修车师傅发现的，告诉q邮箱漏油，只能加一半的油，过去油耗一直是12个油，自从加一半后油耗下降了许多。这两年浪费了好多的油钱，如果是他们收车的时候没发现漏油，说明他们水平不行，如果发现了不修不说，说明不讲诚信良心不好！
