I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They are so courteous when it comes to offering glasses repairs or adjustments. They'll fix them right in front of you, no waiting necessary. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was well organized and clean.
