I had my ring sized and re-dipped at Krystyna's and I cannot say enough about what a wonderful place this is. Dorothy was super helpful in making sure I got what I wanted and the right size for my very wide ring. She also made sure to map my diamond to set me at ease and make sure we could verify it was indeed my stone being returned when the repair was complete. I will continue to service my ring at Krystyna's and I'm so glad I found them. Thanks for a job well done!
I purchased an engagement ring there and they helped take all the stress away from the process. Took the ring elsewhere and everyone appraised it much higher than the price I got it for. Can't wait to go back for our wedding bands!
I bought my fiancé’s engagement at Krystyna’s in early November. This was a very exciting and nerve racking moment for me. Obviously, I wanted it to be perfect for my fiancé. With the help of Bernie, the process was so smooth and enjoyable! The end result was my beautiful fiancé saying yes and she fell in love with the ring I got from Krystyna’s!
