It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Morcos and she is excellent. I have gotten hearing aids from her twice and each time they were perfect and never needed further adjustment. She is gracious, lovely, and cheerful and is always extremely helpful.

I would like to commend Dr. Morcos for the excellent care and support I received during my hearing aid process. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable with my new devices and thoroughly explained all of the features so I could operate them with confidence. Dr. Morcos also scheduled a follow-up appointment to confirm everything was functioning correctly, which proved invaluable, as one of the hearing aids was producing an unusual ticking sound.
