I had the best buying experience of any dealer ever. That is why there is even a star in the ratings. The service experience, as far as trucks go, is very poor. I scheduled a service 2weeks in advance for three recalls, an alignment, and a few misc little warranty things on a 19 3500. The truck was dropped off for the day. The recalls were never completed and the truck couldn’t be aligned because it was “too long,” even though they sold it to me new just like it was set up. I was excited to see a car I've been interested in for a few months - I set up an appointment, took it for a test drive and was in love! Upon our return we talked price with the saleswoman and I told her how much I was comfortable paying for the vehicle based on mileage, condition and KBB pricing. The price I suggested was above the KBB fair value price. She went inside to meet with her boss and instructed us to wait outside and she'd be right back. I have been recommending this dealership to anyone who has mentioned getting another vehicle. Absolute BEST service! Was well worth (2) 3 hour round trip drives to get into our Pacifica. The first day to look at it and the next day to pick it up once all paperwork was completed on both ends. Eric in sales was awesome and it was a pleasure doing business.
