Terrible Customer service. They messed up my Order at the drive thru. They refuse to correct my order. They continued to tell me they could not take a new order at the window. I continue to tell them I did not want to place a new order I wanted them to correct my order. The manager soon came to the window and was just as rude as her team. They would not correct my order until I refuse to pull away from the window. Worst experience ever.
Ordered a sackful of Krystal's was ask to pull up they brought them out got them home and the Buns were cold the meat was cold and evidently the meat have not been hot at all because of cheese wasn't melted! Then called the store to let them know and kept getting hung up on! If I go to give negative Stars they would have got 10 negative Stars third shift is not doing their job right or at least on this day which is December 16th this purchase was made in between 130 until 2 o'clock a.m.!
Not happy with their breakfast platter. Ordered one, suppose to be 3 eggs, got maybe a teaspoon of eggs, toast barely toasted, not a good experience.
i love they're food but me and my mom order the burgers without any pickles or onion on em but i saw a few specks of onion thats me.. and they're chili is a bit too salty, my complaint is when you order a 12 pack of krystals without the pickles and onions they tend to put em on only a few. i dont think they listen half the time ether and it makes me mad
If I could give them no stars I would. Tammy Byod the general manager is very unprofessional and threatens to beat up employees all while in front of customers. Her staff are always changing due to her poor management skills. She should be fired especially for physically threatening employees, who are mostly teenagers working part-time. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Workers was friendly. Bathroom was clean. Didn't have to wait long for my order.
Good food when affordable...the 10 for 10 deal was amazing!. will give 5 stars when that deal returns! BRING BACK 10 FOR 10!!!!
Terrible service. I repeatedly asked them to make sure my order was right, they assured me it was. It wasn't. Called them to let them know my order was wrong and I'd be coming back, I still had to wait for them to remake it despite the call in advance. 4 kids and a slow manager there. The two girls hanging on each other, playing with each other's hair around the food. I've had bad service there before and will never go to this location again. I'd rather drive to Hiram.
They gave me burgers that were old not and were hard. Wasn't even edible and they took to long in getting my order I waited almost 20 min for my order
