They are way to slow. When I finally got to the drive through window I looked in and they were moving like molasses. No body looked to be in a hurry at all.
The service is horrible! They did not repeat my order in the drive thru, and I was told to pull around without being given a total. When I got to the window I was only given a total. They then told me to park and they would bring me my order when it was ready. That was 10 minutes ago. I'm still outside waiting.... pathetic.
2 people in dining room. Takes over 10 minutes for a chicken biscuit. Every time service is just like this.
I went to the Krystal on Waugh Street in Dalton Georgia and got 2 Krystal's and one of them was full of hair. Not just one but a bunch!!!! There's no way this was an accident.
