Apparently when they run out of hotdogs, they buy the super cheap hotdogs and serve them. Needless to say, they can keep their cheap hotdogs and roaches. Never again.

I was a big fan of the spicy wings until today. Got some the smallest wings I have ever seen. They were about as wide as a finger and not as long. And they were over cooked. If this is what the wings are going to I'll go somewhere else. I want chicken wings not pigeon looking wings.
I’ve ate at this particular krystals but this was the last time. The krystal burgers were soggy and had about a pound of onions. It was also dark brown on the sides. Absolutely gross!!! Left a awful taste in my mouth after 1. Never again!!

I normally don't leave negative feedback on any restraunt. However in this case I feel I must. Let's start with me placing my order my husband and myself both order the 5 for 5. We then ask to add a drink to both, in the past only 99 cents extra. However that is no longer available so she rings in two reg drinks. My hubby hands her the card just as I say wait ot will be cheaper just to add another 5 for 5 instead of the two individual drinks she proceeds to swipe the card and say oh it would have been. Ridiculous!! Waited 15 minutes for food. While watching several cars go through the drive through. Finally got it. The slushies were half melted and food was barely warm. Now even "I'm sorry you had to wait" she handed my food to me and literally ran back inside. There wasn't any customers left! NEVER going back!
Oh my gah! We waited over 30 minutes for food. And we didn't even get that much. They were struggling bad.
My experience was horrible. The employees do not care about anything at all.
They have always been good to me i would go back again
