Worst service ever. Customers waiting for 30 mins for there food.
Wow we have never been treated like this before at Krystal's or any other fast food restaurant, ever. We went through the drive thru last night and the girl taking the order who told the other worker on duty " if that customer asks my name its " Hillary" yeah right. She apparently already knew how rude she was to us and was prepared for us to ask her name. I asked to speak to the manager and she wasn't of any help either. I did not get my receipt and the order was incorrect as well. We will not be returning to this location ... read more
Good food and I have been using them sometime for a long time.
Been eating Krystals for 35+ yrs. Wish they would expand to Puerto Rico :)
