I drove through at 2.44am. I ordered the 5 for $5 menu. I got home, opened the bag and was missing an item. When I called the store, Deandre, the young man that was working the window, answered the phone. When I told him an item was missing, but NOT WHICH ITEM, he answered me "well it had to be right because we had only 3 pups left when I gave you your order and now we only have 1". I love Krystal’s. I can eat 100 of those things by myself. When I had to leave FL and was stationed in central and the western part of the U.S. where there is no Krystal’s or good food my life sucked. Now that I’m back in the east I wear Krystal’s out. You guys get a lot of my business. But when I get sh!t like this it’s truly unacceptable. Every other Krystal’s toast their buns a little. This is the only one that has THE soggiest sliders. Very disappointing. Maybe they jus need new cooks but no one wants a soggy slider.

This location is always terrific! I ended up there today after a bad experience at a place down the street. Nicole showed excellent customer service and great pride in her work and she told me she made my meal herself and it was quite pretty. And I have to be honest I’ve never seen a better looking 800 cal in my life � I was impressed with the quality of my food, the taste and the appearance for once. It was actually picture perfect.
