I actually had several issues with this visit, which is unfortunate because Krystal has (typically) one of my favorite chicken sandwiches, when they are made correctly. 1 - of 8 chiks, none had a pickle, there was barely any noticeable mayo, and buns were obviously old (dry, crusty, etc). They had almost no flavor. I got the all you can eat which was enough but the first burgers were not hot, the chili was barely warm. Staff was pleasant enough though.
RecommendedThe staff were great, food was hot and fresh. Way better than the one in Douglasville, Georgia. I expect them to go out of business if they don’t get new management. I will never go there again. Guess I will get my burgers in Columbus Georgia when I go through there. I give them a five
food was thrown together sloppy messed up order in the food was not good
Before we could even get the first half of our order out, we were harshly interrupted with a total as if we were a burden. We only wanted 2-5 for 5's. My burgers were soggy and I live 2 minutes away. My fries were cold and it seems the cashier hates her job. If she doesn't want to deal with customers, she needs to find a new profession.
Worst service I've ever had at any fast food chain.
