30 mins and COUNTING in drive thru on a Monday night!! The drive thru only had maybe 3 cars in front of us. We would’ve pulled off but you can’t in this location. We had groceries w us and I hope they’re still cold! No discount or anything. This is ridiculous. All in all we spent about 40 mins.
Refused to sell me crave n save cause I wanted it plain. When I ordered just the hotdog kids meal for my kid she must have served me me a hotdog out of the trash cause this thing looks old as $&@!. Also none of the employees were wearing gloves or masks. They must have bad management there cause the place looked dirty. Health department needs to shut them down.
I just left Krystal’s. Why didn’t they have on gloves???This place is disgusting!! Do you not know there is a Coronavirus??The cashier was nice enough, but none of the crew had on gloves. I tossed it all away. I will not be back
The food was good but the wait? Omg! Nearly 30 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers, 3 Chicks & fries? I'll not go back to this location tho it's the closest to me. Sad�
Very good breakfast. They cook your eggs how you ask. I did return at 11:30 pm to order the 10 Krystal's plus 10 wings for $10 and was told that is ONLY after 5pm. Per the add on the web page, "it's at any time". Not very happy that the manager refused to let me order what I wanted.
Service was horrible they can't get ur order correct, plus they act like they don't want 2 be there. While we was there eating a worker dropped a customers food on the floor n put it back on their tray 2 give 2 the customer. Luckily somebody seen her do that n chewed her butt out so unsanitary. We won't be going back there 2 eat period a bunch of lazy n unsanitary employees. That's y this store got 1 star!
Burgers were good and I actually got fresh hot fries for once.
Service sucks after 11pm. I get off Nissan 2nd shift n crave Krystal's. And each time tween hours of 11pm-3am the drive thru sux. Just last night two cars in front of me pulled out cause of the delay. This always happens. It took me 15 mins b4 she would take my order at the speaker after they two cars left. Then whoever that female is, couldn't get my order right after five times of me telling her n her asking what my order was. However, her boyfriend behind me got snap fast order.
