I waited in the Drive-Thru line for about 15 minutes to receive food that look like it had been knocked to the floor and put in the container. the chili cheese pup was not even inside the bun
I'm very disappointed. Every time I come to this location, the wait is long, this morning, it was epic. I got to the drive thru at 8:15, waited 5 minutes and no one even said anything on the intercom at all, so o drove around, here it is 8:37 and I still haven't ordered, no one has even come to the window...we are just sitting in the line looking like idiots. I thought ot would be quicker b/c inside, people were standing outside the door waiting from the line. Ive 2 workers. That's not enough for breakfast!!

So, we pulled up to the drive thru... sat there waiting.. said hello multiple times.. decided to pull around to the window.. first of all 2 of them had headsets on.. so she come to the window like she is shocked.. we tell her we been waiting and nobody answered.. she doesn't apologize for the inconvenience.. and proceeds to lie and say that they can't hear, because the microphone is broken.. krystal on veterans parkway told me last Sunday a.m. around 3ish that they weren't taking any orders for however long she said. I just pulled off.

Terrible!! Staff are slow. It’s dirty inside. Time they knock it down and put up a Dollar General in that lot.
Last time I went to this Krystal's they messed up my order and then refused to answer the phone. So I drove back up there and they had a nasty attitude about me wanting my correct order. So tonight my husband and I went. Messed up our entire order. I walked inside and they made a joke about how I was complaining as they were at the counter taking selfies.
