long wait for your food and when you get it they mess up ur food
Hello, I'm the new GM of this store. Things are slowly changing, but it will get better, I promise. Next week we're having a new breakfast cook starting, and if everything goes well there will be a few new hires. Don't give up on us yet.

Ordered the 12 Krystal meal. Was very specific regarding NO CHEESE and 2 UNSWEET TEAS. Verified this at the drive thru window. Got home and all 12 burgers had cheese and the tea tasted as if it were several days old. There is no excuse for serving old tasting tea. Such a bad experience!!
First lady who took my order was very sweet (thus, the second star). The woman who handed me my food at the window didn't say a single word and didn't even look me in the eye even after I said, "Thank you." Upon arriving home, I find a short curly brown hair in one of my krystals. Thanks a bunch.
