I arrived there at 5:55 to pick up a delivery of 20 chicken nuggets. 5 cars in front of me and 3 had already ordered. 20 minutes later (6:15), i FINALLY got to the speaker to order. At 6:40 (!!) get to the window thinking the rest is a slam dunk cuz 20 chicken nuggets, at bare MINIMUM should've been ready 20 minutes ago... The picture says it all.... this place is pathetic
This use to be my go to spot for almost 2 years but after several failed attempts, I’m done. At least 2 times out of the week they are not open between 6 am-7 am. The shift manager which whom is very nonchalant, can never give a reason to why they don’t open on time. I have spoke with the head manager about this before, it got better especially when she would be there. When the head manager isn’t there and they are serving for it’s horrible. Terrible service and slow as can be. Sat at the window 20 minutes waiting on food to be made.
The worst Krystal experience....understaffed..Getto-Attitude at window..Cold food
