Good hamburgers It's right in front of Kroger so it's convenient. And just like every other Krystal, this one has good hamburgers. Just be prepared to wait in line if you go through the drive through.
we were the 2nd car in line. The car in front of us ordered 12 Krystal's. 13 minutes later (yes, we timed it), our order for 10 Krystal's was taken. It took 37 minutes from being the 2nd car in the drive through until we received our order. Unbelievable!
I've filled a complaint weeks ago nobody has responded or anything now I see I Caint comment on the page that's really sorry your treating customers like that
I just left the drive thru after 10 minutes of waiting and tried to order 24 krystals and was told I couldn't have that because it would take 30 minutes. this is about the 3rd really bad experience. I'm done.
This is by far the worst service ever. The staff does not acknowledge customers when the drive up to order their food and there is ALWAYS an excessive wait time. Sometimes the food is to salty that’s if they get it right.I would not recommend this place to anyone and if u do go here check your food before driving off.
Very disappointed with my visit today. I specifically asked for No onions and got No pickles instead. "Which I could live with" but when you bite into a Krystal burger and this big long disgusting hair comes dragging out!! I'm done!Needless to say I will Not be eating at this location again.
I ordered 4 Krystals with chili cheese fries and when I got home with my food I found that the fries had opened and the Krystals were sitting on top of the chili cheese fries. I'm not saying I won't eat Krystal again, but I will NOT go back to this location again.
Waited at drive thru for over 15 min... No one came across speaker... We pull up to the window to order and make themAware that we have been out there for 15 min. Along with other cars only to be told that we must drive around and get in line again... only thing said by the TWO employees in the building was... “well there’s only two of us... 1st... RecommendedKrystal's is definitely a great story great lunch dinner situation definitely recommend if you're on a budget
