food was cold, spent 30 minutes waiting on 40$worth of cold Krystal. like they just threw them together and that's is it. and not even a thank you I havent been gone from there not even 15min

I just left without even ordering because Kenya S. was so rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I will never go there again. She had an attitude from the moment I pulled up. I guess she was mad someone interrupted their time just sitting in the lobby doing absolutely nothing, when they could've been wiping down or anything. Once I told her I was going to report her, she told that Krystals needed her to bad to let her go regardless what she does.
Who ever is working the drive thru right now is an unprofessional asshole! She's rude as hell! This lady just asked me was she suppose to choose my food when I paused because she didn't respond after I told her I was ready! Then after I said well I don't even wanna order from here she told me she wasn't gonna take my order anyways! She really just told me "I make $16 an hour to NOT take your order!" I stopped on my way home and let's just say the place was not exactly up to par. As a long time Krystal lover I know what to expect.. the Krystals were cold and the buns were crunchy? Um is that a new thing? Went to the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was hanging by one screw and there was no toilet paper. Thank the Lord I keep kleenex in my purse.. they didn't have any soda.. we had tea and lemonade to choose from.
