This place really sucks ass. I would never stop here if you are hungry.
Burgers were great! Chill cheese fries were good. Clean environment and courteous service.
My wife went to Krystals this morning. First of all she waited in line for over 20 minutes for her food. Then when she finally got home she sat down and started to eat. After consuming most of her meal, she removed the last piece of toast. Underneath the toast of her breakfast meal, she found a living bug squirming around in her to-go box. We have been to this Krystal's many times and the service is always slow. This was the last straw, you have lost a customer.
Has to be the worst service I've ever seen. In drive thru with only 4 people ahead of us from the ordering microphone and we've been in line for 20 plus minutes. RIDICULOUS!!
Services slow and ordering is painful Most of the time it's ok but the last of the time I didn't know if the person who was take the order was talking to me or the staff.
Best service ever!!! I've been eating Krystals for years, by far the best I've ever had!!!
Great food, great service! Will definitely be coming back for more!
