Waited 10 minutes from paying till I finally went inside to see where food was. Place is always a disaster. I was just happy this time someone actually took my order

Horrible, slow service and cold untasty food... and I LOVE Krystal's... just not this one... Managment needs to address these issues ASAP..
The Food was Cold , ordered it sat down ,soon as it touched it wasn't Hot not even Warm must have been Already Made and just sitting there No Fresh Food get Cold that fast
The service was terrible and the food some was uncooked and some was burnt plus some of my order was not what I ordered
