Made my order in the drive thru but ended up having to go inside. Not only did they make my order fresh when I came out of the restroom but they hooked me up with cheese on my six burgers on the house. They were very fast, friendly and even tho they were slammed since this was at 5pm, they all told me goodbye and to enjoy. went Sat 6-1-19...@ 2:30am Order was wrong,cold,an I was overcharged...didn't get a receipt....total was $4.20 charged me 10.20....been trying to reach the GM since 3am until now 10am no one is answering the phone....want be visiting this establishment ever again....also the cashier lit her cigarette after handing me my first wrong order in my car window....NASTINESS
I will never go back to Krystal's the worst food and they changed me $2 for BBQ sauce
RecommendedOur family LOVES Krystals!!! Got our Christmas tradition of “meat and cheese”!! Grandkids had them for breakfast too! Haha! The managers here helped to make ours extra special....with the district manager— I have pictures on my page, as I can’t find a way to post them here! But our Christmas was merrier thanks to KRYSTALS SIXTH AVENUE!!!! Thank you, thank you!
This place sucks. The people that work there are always rude. I just spent 10-15 minutes in line behind a vehicle who got an incorrect order and had to send it back only to finally get to the window and get the wrong order as well. They apparently just don't listen when you place your order or just don't care.
Walked in at 2:51pm today. No customers in line amd one guy in dining area on his phone. No one at front registers. Stood for almost 10mins. The girl working the drive thru (which was busy) gave us an apologetic look, but she was definitely doing all she could. One of the cooks looked out and walked out of the kitchen and said something to the guy who had been sitting and messing with his phone since we walked in. This was an employee!
