All burgers smashed and half hanging out of boxes ordered 4 thru 3 1/2 away ....tasted like old grease drive thru filthy nasty......been this way for a couple years now.....last time to try.....health dept needs to investigate before someone gets sick!

My first and last time here. "Heather" at the drive thru needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment!
We went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 12 cheese Krystal's, only to be told that (get this) THEY WERE OUT OF KRYSTAL'S.... How do you run out of your namesake??? They only had chik's and pups... They were literally out of everything else. How does that happen? Very disappointed to say the least!
Made my order in the drive thru but ended up having to go inside. Not only did they make my order fresh when I came out of the restroom but they hooked me up with cheese on my six burgers on the house. They were very fast, friendly and even tho they were slammed since this was at 5pm, they all told me goodbye and to enjoy. First off they didn’t come to take my order at all. Then when I pulled around to window. After waiting for 10 minutes. They answer the window with “wassup”. No wonder people go to Chick-fil-A. And this has happened at least twice before. Happened to guy behind me also. Seems to be happening all over Decatur with these fast food places at night.
This is absolutely unacceptable!! All of my food is cold, my meat is hanging off one side of my bun while the cheese is hanging off the other. If you don’t like your job enough to do it correctly, please go home!
went Sat 6-1-19...@ 2:30am Order was wrong,cold,an I was overcharged...didn't get a receipt....total was $4.20 charged me 10.20....been trying to reach the GM since 3am until now 10am no one is answering the phone....want be visiting this establishment ever again....also the cashier lit her cigarette after handing me my first wrong order in my car window....NASTINESS
I ordered a chili cheese pup minus chili, 3 cheese krystals, ketchup only, and a fry. My fry was correct...NOTHING ELSE WAS!!! Just left there, won't be going back... 🤬🤬
