All burgers smashed and half hanging out of boxes ordered 4 thru 3 1/2 away ....tasted like old grease drive thru filthy nasty......been this way for a couple years now.....last time to try.....health dept needs to investigate before someone gets sick!

My first and last time here. "Heather" at the drive thru needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment!
We went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 12 cheese Krystal's, only to be told that (get this) THEY WERE OUT OF KRYSTAL'S.... How do you run out of your namesake??? They only had chik's and pups... They were literally out of everything else. How does that happen? Very disappointed to say the least!
First off they didn’t come to take my order at all. Then when I pulled around to window. After waiting for 10 minutes. They answer the window with “wassup”. No wonder people go to Chick-fil-A. And this has happened at least twice before. Happened to guy behind me also. Seems to be happening all over Decatur with these fast food places at night.
This is absolutely unacceptable!! All of my food is cold, my meat is hanging off one side of my bun while the cheese is hanging off the other. If you don’t like your job enough to do it correctly, please go home!
I swear to you I do not understand how people can work at a place and constantly have a rude attitude everytime u see them and you try to be nice and their whole attitude is like a lemon and and it just sucks all the sweetness out and turns it bitter .... I have always tried to treat others how I wanted to be treated and be respectful and kind .... but I’m sorry if your going to constantly have a horrible attitude you should NEVER work in the drive thru window like EVER ��or just in public period there’s no reason for it ...... read more
I ordered a chili cheese pup minus chili, 3 cheese krystals, ketchup only, and a fry. My fry was correct...NOTHING ELSE WAS!!! Just left there, won't be going back... 🤬🤬
