Extremely slow, buns on Krystal’s were smashed up, taste was so so

Worst Krystals ever!!! Every time I go to the one in Saraland it takes at least 45mins to get through the drive thru, never more than 2 people working! Tonight went and it took over a hour to get to the window I ordered at 12 krystal meal, comes with 12 krystals two drinks and two fries. They need to shut down! It is beyond ridiculous!!!! I ordered my food through DoorDash around 9:20pm, here it is 11:24 and no food. The wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous. On top of that, when I finally got to the window this morning I had to repeat my order several times. Then, after the girl charged my debit card, she informed me they were out of coke and tried to short me a drink.
