I'm from Boston, Ma I was ready to have a Krystal burger so bad... the meat patties didn't taste like meat at all I am not sure what that was but it was disgusting. The fries were too salty and soggy! �

just left Krystal's in the valley....the second shift need to be fired... except for the young lady at the register and the young man there....Everybody else is sorry and don't have a clue about customer service nor the products that the company sells. ....needless to say the Home office will be hearing about this... O need to be an optio

If no stars was an option it would definitely be the answer. I received the worst service ever there Tonight. I will be contacting the local manager as well as the corporate employer.
