Courteous staff and really clean restrooms. Burgers were great but the fries were a bit soggy and not piping hot!
Probably the worst trip to any Krystal restaurant. It was approximately 6 a.m., the employees were in the dining room with their feet propped up playing on their phone. When my burgers were served, the edges of the bun actually crunched they were so stale. The fries were so full of grease they were not edible. I am glad I was passing through and do not have to ever visit this restaurant again.
The best management staff. Fine dinning. Krystal there always has the nicest people working there.
Night manager claimed he had just cooked them FRESH!!! DROVE all the way home and the DAMN CHEESE STILL NOT MELTED, BREAD HARD AS HELL, SPRITE taste LIKE CARBONATED WATER!!! I've never been racist and try REAL HARD not to THINK CRAZY , but tonight when the cashier and manager both WHITE had a very NASTY ATTUITUDE behind LOCKED DOORS and HUNG the phone up in my ear about something I PAID FOR!!! Pictures on my PAGE!!
I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again. Nor will my family, friends, or the people I work with. I ordered Krystal chiks with no mayonnaise. I overheard the lady making them say to the guy that took my order, "three chiks no mayonnaise, but I spit on them ". I told the guy I heard the comment and it was made out that I misheard her. I know what I heard, won't be back!!!
I use to love Krystals..but now every time me and my family go here thru the drive thru it takes forever just for them to take your order.
Looooongest wait everrr then I had a BUG in my apple pie !!!!!!
the wings are great I hated when they went off sale
I was at Krystals last night around 3:30 am..I was in the drive thru 36 min waiting on my food!!! I don't know what was going on but why so long!!! Plus my order was jacked up!! I was highly disappointed.
