RecommendedI have been eating at Krystals for over 50 years all over the country. Love most of the food they serve. The Krystals I went to today was by far the best experience ever at a Krystals. We placed our order and after about two minutes they brought it to our table. It was not what we ordered and my wife returned to the counter to tell them and explain what was wrong. I came in & 2 others with me. We were ordering to go since my mom was at home. So we ordered 4 meals & I explicitly told the cashier that & when she brought out our meals, there were 3 & I explained the situation & she didn’t believe me. She was very irritated at us for inconveniencing her & when we got home, our orders were wrong. Very upset by my experience
Over priced
The workers steal your money....literally. Plus on top of that the burgers were cold!
Delicious cheeseburgers! Wish they still had onion chips.
The food was not as good as I remember... The burgers were soggy and it took the staff 3 attempts to get all of our order out to us. The staff was polite but seemed unconcerned with doing things right the first time.
