They actually have a really good milkshake. But not much besides that
I come to this krystals fairly often and I would say for the last year or so the service had been awful. I’m sure they’re getting paid terrible wages so I kind of don’t fault the employees but wow it’s gotten bad. Ive gone the last three mornings in a row and twice have been turned away because the system is rebooting and once bc all three employees were sitting outside smoking cigarettes so no one would take an order. So pissed off at Krystals right now!! Purchased multiple gift cards in December 2019 to use in 2020, however no location would accept them. Now Krystals Corporate has discontinued their gift card program. Sadly there was no information about it until I emailed them. Suddenly it’s on their website. Sad when a company SCREWS their customers!
It was night and the dining area was closed because of theCovid. So my friend and I backed into a parking spot to eat. See a male employee by the food cooking, pull his shirt halfway up his belly and started scratching his chest. UGH! just nasty . He never washed his hands.

Can they not do better??? Slow service, food was horrible, and not to mention there was NO communication or appreciation. That “hiring smiling faces,” sign out front is a joke. They don’t smile nor engage with the customers. I knew I should’ve went elsewhere! It’s cool though, I will go elsewhere from now on.
Service was horrible the cashier was rude and the manager did not address the worker instead talked down to me
