Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru and finally had to leave. There was only 4 cars ahead of me.
Worst service in the world.... My food was not fresh and it was cold. They made my food over and the fires was still not fresh..... too many young kids playing and not working. #nevereatthatshitagain��
This is far the worst Krystals I've gone too. There was no one there, the wait time was what I thought ok as I thought it would be fresh but the burgers tasted like water, the frys were cold. Never again will I stop there in my travels
Wait time sucked, not friendly, nice store, really need employees that like the job they are supposed to perform with courtesy..we Love Krystal always have but will try another in the future, Collins ms store sucks after 10 pm also never ever return to that one soggy buns cold meat and and indifferent shrug from the 2 unhappy men working there..
Worst drive thru service ever! Had to order our food twice and waited over 20 minutes until my husband went inside to find out our order hadn't even been started!
I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Had direct eye contact with 4 staff. No "good morning ". No "we will be right with you". Just blank stares. RUDE!!! Finally ordered the 3 egg breakfast. Eggs over medium. Sausage, biscuit, & grits. 20 minutes later was served eggs over well. At least they were hot; Unlike the ice cold sausage! Good thing it is difficult to mess up grits... The biscuit was excellent. This location desperately needs training in elementary customer service skills!!!
