ordered eggs over light, when I got to the office they were over cooked so bad it was like rubber had to throw it out

My husband had just made the comment that “your can never mess up a Krystal”...Well try Sonic because this Krystal was the worse I’ve ever stopped at. French Fries cooked sometime around midnight, dried out buns, pickles on maybe a third of the order, mustard almost invisible, and no Roadie cups in the house. Oh and we were asked if we wanted the large cups empty. I see no possible way to have screwed up the whole meal but they did it! Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes before someone took our order
No all you can eat at this branch tonight because they didn't have a cash drawer to ring anything up in the dining room. What the Heck???
Some of the most awful customer service you could ever imagine. Went through the drive through window and my husband politely asked for one second so we could get our order together and the very RUDE lady in the window replied with whatever. Then when we get to the window she doesn’t say two words to us, not thank you, kiss my butt... nothing. All she does is grunt as she thrusts my husband’s debit card in his face. Fast!!!
Slow
Got the chicken sandwiches from here about 2 weeks ago. Got home to eat, and they were completely raw. I’m ruined on Krystal now.
Horrible service. Rude employees. Waited at the window over 10 minutes for our food and finally asked for a refund.
