I have had two pedicures at this salon and each time I have left disappointed. I found the pedicures to be rough and painful at times. Also, I do not find this salon very hygienic. The last time I was there I had to ask the nail tech multiples times to use a new file/buffer. I believe that it should be automatic to use new/clean sterile tools on all clients, you shouldn’t have to ask for that basic treatment.

Got a regular Pedicure and bio gel manicure. They have massage chairs so it was nice to also get my back in. Pedicure - they massaged my legs and it was so nice! It was not too short and Maris really took her time to massage me which I appreciate. It ended with a hot towel to wipe all the oil - very relaxing. Loved the colour - milky white vibe Biogel manicure - the nail extensions are included and Maria really took the time especially as my nails aren't the best. I have been to Krypto Nails about 5 times now and I always leave happy! Every nail tech I have seen is efficient and thorough. They always make sure I get what I want and are always down to work with any inspo pictures I come in with. Nancy is amazing and so good at what she does!
