They do not guarantee their product! Only 17 hours of use and they insinuate that WE caused gasoline to get into the engine! Had our mower for 6 weeks! No phone calls, no updates! Will Never buy from them again!
We have bought two mowers from here the first experience was fine, we had no issues with the mower. Our second brand new mower kept breaking. They took it last summer 2019 and had it for SIX weeks in the MIDDLE of summer! Fast forward to this summer 2020 the mower has the SAME issue, they never fixed it! We go back to tell them about the issue again. They said they’d pick it up Tuesday and have it back the very next day Wednesday, okay that’s great! Tuesday came they didn’t pick it up.
