We are a third and fourth generation family bakery established in E St Louis in 1919. We offer a full line of family recipe items. We have rye, cream, and specialty breads. We also offer scratch baked decorated cakes with our own special buttercream. Stollens, strudels, donuts, danish, cookies, coffee cakes, peanut cake, and of course gooey butter!

A true staple in Collinsville. I have enjoyed their doughnuts since I was 7 years old. They are cheap and delicious. I love this place and feel like it is a great way to start any morning.
