Kruse did my root canal he hit the nerve when it wasn't numb then told me I put his life in danger by having a spasm that I couldn't control because of him hurting the nerve my tooth hurts way more now than it did before the root canal it's about 6 days later and I'm sitting here crying in severe pain I've never disliked a dentist before but I dislike this man now. it's not like I was trying to give him a hard time I was being polite and trying to work with him.i am so upset. The front desk lady was so rude. I accidentally went to there old building and called them to let them know I was running behind and I was on my way to the new one (which she stated she doesn't understand how I could of done that because I've been to the new building already apparently she's never made a mistake.) she just dropped my appt I've had for 3 months.
