We are very happy with our very large dining room window being supplied and replaced by Prestige Kruse Glass - Lethbridge ! They were very knowledgable, helpful and skilled in all aspects. The triple pane Energy Star window is remarkable on how quiet and warm our dining room is now. The installation crew was young but were proven to be very well trained, skilled and coached. I decided to go with Kruse Glass because they are a local company and responded to my calls and appointments fairly rapidly. Deirdre and Tim were very knowledgeable about their products and my needs. I got a Patio Door installed in the summer and four windows installed in minus 8 degree weather by Reilly and Austin. I couldn't imagine standing on Scaffolding, wind blowing, and siliconing the windows for four hours. Reilly has a lot of patience, for having frozen fingers. We had Kruse Glass repair an exterior window in our house that was hit by a rock while mowing the grass. They were able to schedule us in relatively quickly compared to other companies, but we weren't totally happy with the work and service afterwards. While trying to replace one of the panes, the technician beat up the frame (PVC) around the window pretty good and didn't say anything.
