I went to Kruse Automotive because my car completely shut down and I was stranded. While working in my car they never called me and told me what they had found wrong, asked me about the parts they were purchasing and when I called for an update, Jim (the owner) acted as though I was irritating and hung up on me. After taking our work vehicle to the shop for repairs in May of 2008, the owner found there was an issue with an elect. fuel component, thus requiring several gaskets and components to be replaced to replace this part. He had the repairs taken care of without first gaining permission to do so (the request was for a quote only).
