They replaced my tie rod 6 weeks ago, didn't tighten it properly, and destroyed my front end. Shop closed suddenly now, and when I finally tracked down the owner, he swore it wasn't their fault. Now I have to sue them.
Great experience. Helped me get new brake system and completed it in quickly that helped me with my time constraint. Highly recommend.
I took my Jeep here for the first time and got amazing help from Josh. He called me to let me know what exactly the problem was and how much extra it was going to be. He even found work done from a previous place that needed redoing, so he quoted me what that would be as well. Josh also took pictures of everything and texted me the problems he was seeing so I could see them as well. So glad I found a great mechanic in the area! Will definitely be going back in the future.
