extremely disapponted for the same price in appliances, you can go to PC Richards for better customer service. Seems the staff there care more about the food they consume, rather than serving their customers. The people they use to deliver the products don't care about your property and have no clue as to how to remove refrigerator or stove doors. Incomparable! The staff at Krups is extremely personable and helpful. With a last minute project in hand with an overnight deadline, Krups took us to the finish line with shining colors. A A A + + + Working on an extremely tight deadline Mitchell was able to acquire numerous items (showers heads, cooktops, faucets, etc) necessary for our shoot. He was warm and very helpful, a pleasure to work with. He was able to overnight every item which arrived as promised. Highly recommend.
Excellent Choice I recently ordered a flat screen TV based on their knowledge and price. Delivery went fine and the TV is better than I expected on picture quality. the jury is out: currently good news/bad news story ordered 1 high end and 1 mid priced (but less common appliance). Never visited store for these as had needs outlined. They were helpful, useful, patient etc in finalizing the selections. Was dealing with Mitchell for the order -- who assured i cd order as late as Fri (but i did not take that chance!) and i could call to determine if we were AM or PM. a total pleasure this is a really great place to buy all your appliances. The group is a bit slow paced which really helps to get me to calm down and focus on what I want and all the possibilities available for me. These guys really love their work, they don't just push something on you and shove you out. I admit you spend alot of time there but by the time you leave all possibilities were exhausted and they go the extra mile to find the right product for you.
Gotta love them They have it all and copy a desginer kitchen like no one else. I admit they work at a slow pace but they follow thru and keep their word. Mitch the owner is a character himself. They will search everything for you til they find it. They also have a great bunch of contractors they work with to get your installations etc. I found them thru newnewyorker.com
Horrible Service -- Avoid at all costs These people are absolute idiots...do yourself a favor and skip them entirely. I ordered an expensive washer dryer from them and they scheduled a delivery date. When the scheduled date arrived, I called and confirmed with them twice. Every time you talk to them, it's like you have to convince them that you're really a customer-- they don't seem to remember anything about your order.
