We have used Krupp Moving and Storage twice now for our crazy complicated moves and they have come through for us every time. This last move was from Columbus Ohio to the NY Fingerlakes. They moved out of a second story condo and a storage unit with ease. We had 3 for the move out and 2 for the move in . I am terrible with names. We had Matt, Matt and sorry I can't recall. Very polite and efficient. My only suggestion is that they write their names on the receipt when they leave.
I am more than satisfied with your company and how they handled my move. Shane, Doug, and David Y were extremely efficient and polite. I cannot express how nice it was to actually get to relax while this team handled my move. They helped make my step into new beginnings a stress-free day! There will never be another way to move again! Will definately refer anyone that inquires. Keep up the great work guys!

We used Krupp Moving on April 1st to move a family member to an Assisted living facility and Again on April 9th to move her remaining belongings to a storage facility. We had two different set of guys and both were great . All four we had caring and careful with her belongings and were beyond polite and helpful to us. I would never consider moving myself again! We hired Krupp to move several pieces of furniture -- many large -- from Mansfield all the way to Parma Heights. The guys on the job, David S. and Matt, were very conscientious handling the items, very helpful placing the furniture, and were all in all quite professional. Kudos to them!
Used Krupp Moving Services at the end of January. They arrived on time with two trucks. Within 3 hours, my house was empty. Davis S., David Y., Jared, Josh and Tim were all courteous and professional. The quote was exactly as estimated. I would highly recommend them..
I'd like to commend your crew of Shane, Matt and Charles for the excellent job they did in moving us from Lexington to Delaware. They took exceptional care in moving all our belongings and placing them in a storage unit. We will be using them again in the future to move everything into our new home. Josh and EJ were great. They loaded and unloaded all of the furniture quickly. They were very nice and personable.
