RecommendedI was feeling so helpless about my marriage. My husband and I had been drifting apart for a couple of years. Neither one of us wanted to be unhappy, but we also had our children to think about. We came to discuss either reconciling or co-parenting amicably but divorced. We walked out with hope that we could both be happy together. We are each working on the skills and behaviors that we discuss in our sessions. Therapy is not easy and sometimes it's painful, but so far it's turning out to be well worth it.
Easy to schedule, very affordable, and way better experience than I expected from visiting a therapist. To anyone reading this and shopping around: Taylor is worth a shot. Probably my last therapist.
I started meeting with Taylor for an issue I've had that a handful of therapist's over the last 10 years have had little success in helping with. He is a different kind of therapist apparently. I expected to try him (highly recommended from a support group I joined) and get headnods and dumb questions for 3-4 sessions and quit again. But he's a real dude. I really liked working With Taylor. He's a super comfortable therapist, a nerd like me, and also really helped me get thru some tough issues my previous therapist wasn't nearly as effective with. I'm really happy I found him. If you are thinking about therapy, I think this is a good place to start, they have other therapists here too. Nice Office.
So far, so good! I feel like Travis understands where I am at, and where I am stuck. Looking forward to working towards a breakthrough!
