Terrible experience. I ordered a gift and never got it. Kruk cards doesn't pay attention to transit of their packages. I'll never order from them again. Caused me a lot of extra work having to go out and purchase a last minute gift. Bad Service.

Contacted about selling a decent sized collection of Top Pilot Aircraft trading cards. Was told they were not interested. When asked where I should take them they recommended a flea market. The website says the take everything sports and non sports. I wasn't looking to make a fortune just an idea and maybe some information. Highly disappointing.
RecommendedLiving in the UK my options for buying baseball jerseys are limited. However through Kruk Cards I was able to get an authentic, team issued Jersey for less than the price of the replica version. Thrilled with the jersey and have already ordered another. Good communication too. 👍
Bought a case of 87 Donruss back around 2004. Obviously searched. Messaged them on ebay, zero response. Sure they're not much better now
So far KC are very professional, courteous and timely. I've only had a few transactions but all have gone the same so I have no complaints. We are all human and mistakes happen. My experience has been to "communicate" and most folks will do right by you. The 60 seconds you spend getting angry is 60 seconds of happiness forever lost! Got an email a few minutes ago informing me my cases have shipped...ordered yesterday and on their way today! Thanks!! Steve
