The doctor didn't listen or explain anything. She is dismissive, rude and completely unprofessional especially with kids.
I had a wonderful experience taking my daughter to see Doctor Kruger. We were called in before we even had a chance to sit in the waiting room. When I had called to scheduke the appointment they had already made sure my insurance covered the visit and told us to bring in sunglasses and a baseball cap since my daughter's eyes would be dilated during the visit. They were thorough and calmed all of our worries. I highly recommend!
I am giving Dr.Kruger a 4-star because she was very helpful with my son scratched his eye. But I am giving her a 2-star when it came to her attitude , she was very dismissive and when I asked questions , she was being rude about the answers and some questions were left unanswered. The other staff was very friendly and super nice expect for Steve. Steve was very RUDE. I called to ask a question about my son and he was very rude saying I should wait last minute. Dr Kruger helped one of our family members with a detached retina. Doctor and staff were exceptional and worth mentioning with a review. We normally don't do these.
