I’ve called this place over a dozen times in the past month trying to schedule a hair appointment because I like the way my stylist cuts my hair. I finally got scheduled for 4:30 PM and showed up shortly before my appointment — only to discover the location I arrived at was abandoned, with no signage or information anywhere about where they had moved. I’m new to town, Destiny did an amazing job thoroughly looking over my head and the haircut she did. She washed it and went back over it meticulously. I really like that because I could trust that she was looking for any stray hairs that hide from the clippers. My cut was a bald fade rounded in on top back edges. I will be going back to her regularly! Great Job Destiny!!! - no longer works here…

Took my two year old son, they were so amazing. He was a bit apprehensive at first, but he quickly settled in and the ladies were both so sweet to him and his hair looks great! Thank you so much! ❤️

I will only ever get my haircut here. Keriann is the absolute best. My beard and hair never look better than after I get up from her chair. I look forward to my haircuts so much. We always laugh and have the best conversations. Her energy is so fun and relaxing. In all my years I've never had an experience at any other establishment that comes even close to KKrug. Hands down the best.

I have really enjoyed having my hair cut at this business for years. I have had both November and Brittany as stylists and I thought they were terrific. The reason reason for the two stars rating is that for the last couple of months when I call to schedule and appointment, no one answers the phone. I'll leave a message requesting an appointment and I never hear back from them. I've had to find a different place to get my hair cut the last couple of times.
