Me and my friends wanted to ordered some food along with our drinks. But was deny since they were too busy. Then a large group of people came in and ordered some food and wasn't deny the service. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Absolutely hate this place. They were rude and took forever to serve us.
As far as quantity, it has it all. Bowling, bar, TVs, pool, arcade. However the customer service here has always been sub-par. I understand that it can get slow at times but the employees literally disappear leaving customers waiting for 10 minutes wondering if they should bowl-and-ditch. Like many businesses that end up failing, you can have all the bells and whistles but customer service will dictate your success.
We've bowled here in the past but yesterday the floors were dirty and dried soda. We had machine issues and they were short on staff. Took forever to have pins reset.
Been going here for a long time, great updated game room, great bowling lanes with updated technology, excellent food and drinks, nice indoor (and now outdoor with fire pit) seating, friendly staff. Kinda pricey compared to other lanes in the area, but definately added perks.
stopped in once for a birthday - going to 2 more birthdays on Sat. - bringing several people in - we'll see how the food and drink are and the music - Rock 'n Roll hopefully - nice place - very open and roomie
