We Have had a reoccurring problem and Reid was very persistent in figuring out what the issue was and what would be required to solve it . We appreciate his friendly attitude and his willingness to work out the bugs and resolve it. We appreciate Rory and Mindy and their attention to this intermittent and annoying issue.
