I was more than impressed with their knowledge of geo thermal equipment. The service person was friendly and very efficient. He shared every step of repairs and equipment reading requirements. I highly recommend. Everyone from office personnel to repairman were coordinated to keep me informed and quick to resolve issues. I will continue using their service!
Pleased with the service we've gotten from Krueger over the years. Rory and Mindy are salt of the earth people - they always make sure we are taken care of, and if they can't do it, they steer us in the right direction. They have great techs that always make honest recommendations and do timely, professional work. Jayden was our most recent tech, and he had us up and running in no time. We will continue to use Krueger and continue to highly recommend them.
Jayden came out and did our first maintenance plan visit, and my wife and I are beyond impressed. Very intelligent, explained everything to us, and at a more than fair price. Beyond excited to have them continue to service our HVAC! Thanks Krueger!
Krueger has been fantastic to work with. We have a Geothermal unit and Reid diagnosed problems quickly and Daniel was out the next week to replace parts. Get communication with office as well, Mindy was in constant communication!
Krueger installed our geothermal system when we built in 2014 and have kept it running ever since! They are very responsive and work hard to make sure my home stays a comfortable temp. Techs are always friendly and respectful of my home.
