Everything was mostly fine until it was time to move out. My security deposit was not returned due to a “cleaning” fee even though a full 5 minute video was sent per email to Brad showing that the apartment was completely cleaned. Compared to the move in video you could see a drastic difference. I had to pay a lawyer to file a complaint with the courts recently due to not getting any response from Brad in regards to the situation. Seems like a scam and I wouldn’t expect your money back unless you plan on taking it to court.

Excellent customer service and communication was great!! Jose Rugamas kept me informed and up to date on my move in procedures. Answered all my questions and made this paperwork/move-in process peaceful. I am so appreciative of him. Have already recommended KRS Holdings to a co-worker and my daughter. Thank you so much!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY; ESPECIALLY IN ANY OF THE HAMPTON ROADS AREAS!!! My Mom has been trying to get an apartment for the past few weeks and the first agent she spoke to was straight up rude, said he couldn’t have a co-signer because of her credit (doesn’t make sense considering that’s one of the reasons for having a co-signer?!).
