I did not think that this had to be said. But do not UNLOAD a flatbed trailer one side at a time, you have to do both sides equally. My trailer was starting to twist towards the right side heavily, when I had to manually tell the forklift driver, "Please unload the right side before you cause it to flip." To where he stares at me blankly and just says "Okay". Please train your forklift operator to unload a flatbed properly. Other than that, decently fast at unloading.
