Just got my first Krown treatment done. It was really quick, friendly staff, I got my car back cleaned off. Good value for $150
I recently had my truck oiled and was very pleased with the service. I arrived and they got me right in and got it completed. Lou at the service counter was very nice and very informative answering my questions I had about the process as this was my first time having this done. It seemed like the process was very thorough as they get the oil all the places it needs to be….underneath, inside rocker panels, under the hood including electrical connections, etc. They even have a monitor in the waiting area at which you can watch... read more
I had may car supposedly rustproofed at the Painesville location. It seemed strange that they only had the car in the shop for about 10 minutes. That's seems fast to do the job. I noticed that the trailer hitch was not even sprayed with the rustproofing but did not look underneath. When I went to my regular car mechanic about 2 months later for an oil change he said that it doesn't even look like it was rustproofed. Krown scammed me.

I Wouldn't Drive A Vehicle In Northeast Ohio Without It..!! I Don't Have Time To Lie In A Review,So Trust This Old Guy Who Was Tired Of Watching My Vehicles Dissolve In Our Driveway Due To Brine And Salt Induced Corosion..!!
