I believe in their product but this dealer doesn't seem very organized. They should know by now how long the process takes for any particular vehicle yet every time I book an appointment my vehicle doesn't go in on time. I always arrive at least 20 minutes early and my vehicle didn't go in until 45 minutes after the appointment time.
Parked like this for 4 days, blocking the sidewalk. Not the best advertising, given how family centric the area is, and we had to take our stroller onto the road.
