Customer service here is terrible. Their phone is always off thr hook, so you have to drive in just to book an appointment. Most times, no one is even at the desk. It's ridiculous. They do a great job rust proofing, but it's like pulling teeth just to book an appointment. Extremely infuriating. Not that anything will get done about this. No way to complain.

I have been getting my vehicles Krown Rustproofed for over 25 years. I am dismayed by the deteriorating condition of the Peterborough facility. I wonder, does the state of the facility reflect the quality of the rustproofing service at this location? Other franchises we used before moving to Peterborough were in excellent condition. The Peterborough facility is in shockingly poor condition (inside and outside).
Had my jeep done last week at this location, the guys working there took very good care of my jeep and did an excellent job spraying it, I would 100% recommend this location
