Had 2 vehicles done just last week and the job was superb and the staff great. Normally in the past, under previous ownership, the windows and vehicle body would have too much overspray. Under Mike's management the windows and body were pristine after the application of Krown. Thanx Mike.
I had a great experience at Krown Rust Control! The staff were friendly and professional, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. I especially want to point out Mike — he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was well taken care of. It’s great to see someone who really takes pride in their work. Highly recommend this location!
I have been going to Krown for 38 years. From Hamilton(good)Guelph(excellent) Sturgeon Falls (the worst) to North Bay which has been the best!!! Mike and his staff, in North Bay, gave me the confidence to go back to Krown after the worst service I received in Sturgeon Falls .My car inside and out was spotless everything was explained to me in detail which was very comforting . Keep up the great work highly recommend this shop, Thank you my family and I will be back.
Paying for good reviews LYING TO THE PUBLIC!!NOT UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!. BEWARE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT DOING THE WORK!!!! Don’t waste your time going to this place, make the drive to Sturgeon Falls. Worst job ever!! missed multiple spots on the vehicle. The owner is very rude and unprofessional and didn’t try to make this situation any better, he owns another Krown in Huntsville and is never around the north bay location. Mike got me in right away, waiting room is nice, clean and they did a great job on my vehicle ! 10/10 recommend this location! I think north bay location does an amazing job for sure not wasting my gas to drive to sturgeon. Thank you again !
