Awesome Service! The service and wait time was great! I’d totally recommend them to anyone looking for undercoating and a bit of extra care. They took the time to explain everything they were doing to my car, which I really appreciated. They even washed my floor mats—such a nice touch! This was the best experience! I told the young men that there was a foul smell in the car. They found a family of dead mice in the cabin filter. They called a company to see if they had my make and model for the filter. I went and bought the product took it back and they installed it. Fabulous service.
Took my tacoma into Krown North Bay for my yearly undercoat and they always do such a amazing job getting all the nooks and crannies and the service is always fantastic. Thank you and the crew for doing such a great jobs each time no fail. See you next year!
Great customer service and quality work! I went because I’ve seen their work and heard such great things. We had a miscommunication about my car pick up time and I was not able to make it. Mike did a fantastic job with accommodating the situation. I will be returning and referring Krown from here on out! Thank you!
