Staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a nice spacious area to wait for service's.
Not as good as Welland or Kingston location. In my package it included wash and wax along with tire shine. My vehicle looked like they just rinsed the car off and didn't wax or tire shine! The free bottle of product changed to a demo size not even enough to use once. They used to give a full bottle of your choice!! The parking lot is gravel not very appealing looking! Service was fine but the quality of the car was least desirable. Won't return to the Niagara location.
Half assed job. Make sure you inspect the work afterwards. Most of the under carriage was not sprayed according to my mechanic.
